What to Expect.
Trial Class - We encourage all first time clients to take a free trial class to make sure the Play More Fitness bootcamp is a good fit for them. Raitis will be available to personally answer any questions you may have. Should you choose to become a client, at this time you will receive your Play More Fitness guide to success.
Goal Orientation - At this time we will administer a brief but thorough fitness test. This is necessary because your test results will provide us with a base from which we will establish realistic weight loss and/ or fitness goals. Although measurements aren't required, we highly recommend them at the beginning and end of every 4 week session.
Instruction - This is your four-week Boot Camp. One hour a day, three to five days a week, for four fun-filled weeks.
Graduation - Congratulations! You and your group have made it through your four week Play More Fitness session. You will receive your complimentary Play More T-shirt (available in small, medium or large, first-time clients only) at your end-of-session consultation. At your consultation we will assess your end-of-session fitness level and goals achieved. Should you choose to continue with Play More Fitness, we will take measurements and set fitness goals for your upcoming session. Upon completion of your first four-week session, participants are expected to have lost between three and fifteen pounds. Subsequent sessions typically return a smaller weight loss but have a much higher lean muscle gain as your body continues to stabilize on your personal program. For this reason, we recommend at least four continuous four-week sessions (sixteen weeks total) to give your body uninterrupted training and cement the changes that you will begin to see in your first session.

A Typical Class at Play More Fitness
Each Play More Fitness session is different, designed to work on various areas of the body to improve your overall health. Every workout will include variations on many of the following techniques:
- Resistance training
- Running / walking
- Speed, agility and quickness drills
- Stair climbing
- Obstacle courses
- Plyometrics (speed/strength training drills)
- Steep hill drills (more advanced)
- Free weight exercises
- Bands, tubes or body bars
- Abdominal and comprehensive core training
- Group drills
- Jumping rope
